Suggestions and Complaints

At Budhill Family Learning Centre we strive to maintain and improve our service. Please can we ask that you inform us of any suggestions or complaints as soon as possible? In the first instance you may wish to speak with your child’s key worker. However, if you have a concern about any aspect of the service, you should speak to the Head of Establishment.

If the Head of Establishment does not resolve your issue to your satisfaction, you should contact the Chief Executive Department who will:

  • Take a neutral stance and fully investigate your complaint
  • Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days
  • An officer will then investigate your complaint and aim to respond to you within a further 10 working days. If this is not possible, we will let you know.
  • If you are unhappy with this response a member of the Senior Management Team will look into the matter for you.

If you are still unhappy with the response, you may wish to contact the office of the Chief Executive to consider your complaint.
